D N MAGNEN-TIVS P F AVG / A Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Magnentius to right. Rev. GLORIA ROMANORVM / TRP Magnentius on horseback to right, holding shield in his left hand and spearing with his right barbarian kneeling to left; below horse, broken spear and shield. Cf. RIC 269 (for prototype). An attractive example with a bold portrait. Good very fine.
